Rental Program:
The Art Rental program at Maximillian Gallery features a select group of artists who explore a wide range of styles in paintings, prints, photographs and sculptures. With work ranging from contemporary to urban and colors and sizes to suit many tastes, you’re sure to find a great work for your home or office through our rental program.
Work is rented in three-month renewable rental periods with 50 percent of the fee applicable toward purchase. Clients who wish to acquire the work they have rented may do so at any time during the rental period. Monthly fees for rentals generally range from $25 to $250, plus tax.
Try before you buy:
A great way to purchase art and to be certain you love the artwork you select is to rent it. Renting from Maximillian Gallery lets you live with art (paintings, prints, photographs and sculpture) before making the commitment to purchase it. You can rent any work of art for as many three-month rental terms as you like and for as long as the art is still available for purchase or rental, and at the end of each rental term you have the option to buy the work, continue renting it or return it. We will apply 50% of the rental fees paid toward the purchase price.

Original art also provides a sophisticated finishing touch. Renting art allows our corporate clients to enhance their offices with the work of top emerging artists. In addition, you can treat the cost of renting artwork as an operating expense for tax purposes.
Corporate Consulting Service:
The Gallery’s Corporate Consulting Service offers a convenient and cost-effective way to improve workplace aesthetics and employee satisfaction through purchasing art works or through renting art without making a major investment. A gallery consultant first meets with interested Maximillian Gallery members in their offices and then in the gallery. Here art works are selected and arrangements made for their delivery and installation by art installation professionals. The rental period is a minimum of three months. Artwork may be purchased at any time with 50% of the rental fee applicable toward purchase, or returned or renewed at the conclusion of any cycle.
